Sadoon - Saving Faith

Firstly the trailer has no diagetic sound, and the non-diagetic is exclusively music. Throughout the trailer, the shift in music represents the shift in the story. As the tempo of the music changes, so does the pace of the trailer, revealing certain moods allocated to the structure of the story, but revealing enough to leave big narrative enigmas with the audience, encouraging them to watch the film.

Firstly, diagetic sound is when the sound comes from the actual story such as dialogue and non-diagetic is when there is sound added on after such as a soundtrack or a voiceover. in Saving faith there is no diagetic sound and only non-diagetic which is only a doundtrack added on. at the beginning of the trailer the music was upgoing and a happy toned sound and then when the stroyline changes the music changes alongside with it. As the tempo of the music changes, so does the pace of the trailer, revealing certain moods allocated to the structure of the story, but revealing enough to leave big narrative enigmas with the audience, encouraging them to watch the film.

Kiran - Face of Fear

The camera work varifies in diffrent types of shots. There are many close ups, take for example, you see a girls eyes, as she crys on the screen- this gives the audience the feeling that something bad has happened, and makes them want to know what it is. Also the use of close up is used to focus on the pysco's facial expression- which is angry, this is also makes us wonder why he is angry. The shots that we see are quite short, about a second long at maximum- this is to create a narative enigma. Also it is so that the trailer doesn't drag on for to long, so it only focuses on the important parts.
