As Viacom is a large media institution they have the power to advertise the film on many different platforms such as cinema, website, Tv channels and print. This makes people more aware of the film, thus increasing sales and revenue.

BBC produce Little Britain and also advertises the tv series on their own channels such as BBC1, BBC2 and BBC3.
