Web 2.0 is an updated version of web 1.0. It is a world wide web design that aims to share information with everyone. Also, it is a social network where everyone accessing it can communicate with others all around the world.

How Does Web 2.0 Affect Me?

As a consumer web 2.0 effects me in many ways since there is now more of a variety of websites for me to go on to and use for things such as researching information. Also, i am able to communicate with friends and family all over the world through social networks such as Facebook, MySpace and MSN. Furthermore, since there is a variety of websites out there now i can download files such as games, music and videos from sites such as Limewire and BitTorrent.
